The nest is on the opposite side of the property than the barn. Our house is between the barn and the 4 acre field where the nest is. We're on 11.5 acres and we have a LOT of woods! That is why we have such a healthy yard with lots of birds and critters!! It's fun!
Linda, I love your barn. Was it built on the spot or brought in on a truck? My costume shop was brought in on a truck (14X36) and I really love it, but, your barn would be perfect! Your property is everyone's dream!
